I like to walk, without path or destination, just go wherever the exit door takes me and turn around in the corner to whatever there is and keep walking.
I've been super busy trying to publish a paper, getting results from a different experiment and analysing them. I've got productive days and days where all I wanted to do was sleep. I'm near the end of this journey and I'm sad and scared and excited at the same time.
Last Saturday I decided that despite of the weather I was going to go for a walk, because it was not only my first free weekend after a very long time but because me and Dr Seuss (my camera) have started to become strangers in the same room. So I grabbed my iphone loaded with new music, grabbed my book, took Dr Seuss and placed it all in my bag. It was cold, then it was warm and then it was cold again. But damn, can't this city be more photogenic? I don't get people who won't take advantage of this. The world is out there, not inside our rooms or on our computers. We should take advantage of it while it's still there, before we destroy it with our ignorance.
Go out. Have fun. Jump in the street. Get caught in the rain.
