Bonjour mes chéries!

As hectic as it was working during fashion week, I did manage to escape for an hour to the nearest Monoprix for a beauty haul ;) If you're ever in France, I seriously recommend checking out the drugstore beauty products on offer, they're the best I've come across so far in Europe, both in terms of price and quality.

If there was only one brand I could recommend to stock up on? Le Petit Marseillais, without a shadow of a doubt.

Anytime I'm lucky enough to be in France, I head straight to the nearest supermarket to stock up on as much of this brand as possible.

I did a fairly big haul, I only wish I'd had room to bring back more!

Le Petit Marseillais is a very widely known brand in France, that does everything you could image. Hair styling, shower gels, bubble bath, body butters and oils, shampoo and conditioner, you name it, they'll do it.

This is their shampoo for blonde hair, that contains camomile and wheat germ oil to revive blonde highlights. Price? €2.90.

If you're not headed to France anytime soon, find it HERE on Frenchclick for £4.

This one I bought for my younger sister, two-in-one shampoo with milk and raspberry extracts. This smells amazing, and is the prettiest packaging, in my opinion. This was also between 1-2 € and my sister loves it.

This was for the whole family, a biiig bottle of honey shampoo. I've been using this recently, and it's fantastic. Really moisturising, and my hair smells incredible for a long time after I use this.

I also bought a few of their bath products. I only had so much suitcase room left by this point, so these were the two I narrowed down to.

Really though, if I could I would have brought back so much more. Le Petit Marseillais has the loveliest range of fragrances, which I'd never expect from a supermarket range i.e. Apricot and Basil, Raspberry and Peony, and Cherry Tomato and Currant.

This is their moisturising and nourishing Vanilla Milk shower gel. I've been using this as bubble bath and it works a treat. Feels very skin-softening, and the smell is heavenly, like creme caramel.

Better yet, most of these products have been formulated with the whole family in mind, so they're very good for sensitive skin. I'm prone to irritation and eczema and have had no issues with any of these products.

Find it HERE on Frenchclick for £3.10

Probably my favourite of the bunch, Cocoa Butter and Sesame Morrocan shower cream. This smells divine and is so luxurious.

Do you ever find with UK products like Imperial Leather, even when they bring out their special "luxurious " editions with all these fancy ingredients listed, they all smell essentially the same? Like cheap bath gel?

I'm always impressed with how each Le Petit Marseillais product smells like what is listed on the bottle, and doesn't have that cheap bubble bath smell underpinning it.

Again, I've been using this as bubble bath and shower gel and it works great as both.

I cannot rave these products enough.

The quality is amazing, not to mention they smell gorgeous, contain NO parabens, are all under €4 and have adorable packaging. I'd go back to France for a day trip just to stock up on Le Petit Marseillais.

I could only find two of the products listed here online, but Frenchclick has a lot more Le Petit Marseillais listed HERE!

Visit Le Petit Marseillais website for more info.
