Itamaracá island of Pernambuco will have its first representative in the 2013 Mister Brazil pageant to be held in Portobelo Resort & Safari, Mangaratiba, Rio de Janeiro on 5 April. He's José Emerson Feitoza, 23 years old, model and college student. Jose will compete with the other contestant from all over the country for the coveted title of Mister Brazil
